How do I place an order?

If you are looking for your products to be delivered, the order can all be created and processed via our online product catalogue.

If you are looking for planting, we can arrange your order 1:1 via email or phone call.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver in England, nationwide. Depending on where you are located in relation to our base site, the cost of delivery will be adjusted accordingly.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders that are comprised of just hedging can be expected within a couple of weeks, though, this is not guaranteed.

For all other orders, please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks. As our business grows, we hope to reduce our client wait times.

If you're waiting for your order and would like an update, do not hesitate to get in touch.

Can I choose my delivery slot?

Once we have your order, we will contact you in order to organise a delivery date and time that suits us both.

Can you plant trees that we didn't buy from you?

Yes! We are able to provide planting as a separate service. However, we cannot guarantee the health of the tree and we are not responsible for how the tree takes to the environment.

Will your team access my planting site/property before planting?

Before we send a planting quote, we will ask for photos/videos of the site. This will help us decide what equipment and number of people will be needed for the job.

Additionally, it gives us an opportunity to give you an honest assessment of the suitability of the ground.

Am I able to change my order?

This is dependent on whether the order has already been shipped the supplier. If the order has not been shipped, we are happy to make changes to your order, though not recommended. Some special products we will only order to demand, meaning once it has been shipped by the supplier, we can not issue the refund.

Can I return or exchange my tree/hedge?

Once you have your order, it cannot be exchanged or replaced. However, if you receive the tree and it is in bad condition, or when we deliver the tree we notice damage, we will organise a replacement for you. see more in the terms and conditions
