Planting kit - Large trees

To provide proper support for your new semi-mature and mature trees with a girth of 14-16cm or larger, it is crucial to protect them from high winds that can potentially damage their root systems. Without adequate support, the trees may rock and move, causing harm to the newly developing roots and hindering their growth. To ensure the establishment of a healthy root system, follow these steps:

1. Install three six-foot (60mm diameter) timber posts, driving them firmly into the ground. Position the posts to form a triangle shape with the tree placed at the dead center of the posts.

2. Wrap a strong rubber tree tie around the stem of the tree. This tie will serve as a connection between the tree and the timber posts.

3. Secure the rubber tree tie to the timber posts using screws. This will provide a stable and secure support system for the tree.

By implementing this support system, you will protect the developing root system and ensure the trees maintain a straight and upright growth pattern, which is crucial for their aesthetic value.

Each planting kit includes the following materials:

• 3 six-foot timber posts, featuring pointed ends for easier insertion into the ground.
• 3 rubber tree ties, specifically designed to provide strong support.
• 6 screws, for securely fastening the tree ties to the timber posts.
